1. General Policy
Refunds or rescheduling requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, unless specific terms for cancellation or refund are pre-specified for a particular service. Vibha Gurtu reserves the right to evaluate each request at her sole discretion.
2. Services Covered
a) Consultations
- Refunds or rescheduling for spiritual consultations are available only if:
- A request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
- Vibha Gurtu is unable to provide the consultation at the agreed time.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will result in no refund or rescheduling.
b) Workshops and Events
- If a participant cancels their registration for a workshop or event, refunds or rescheduling may be offered as follows:
- A cancellation request submitted at least 48 hours prior to the event may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Cancellations made after this period will not qualify for a refund.
- If a workshop or event is canceled by Vibha Gurtu, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date.
c) Courses
- Cancellations for courses will be considered if:
- Access to course materials has not yet been provided.
- The course has not yet started.
- Once access is granted or sessions begin, no refunds will be issued.
3. Process for Refund or Rescheduling
To request a refund or rescheduling:

- Service/Workshop/Course details
- Reason for cancellation or refund request
- Requests will be reviewed, and you will receive a response within 5 business days.
4. Exceptions
Vibha Gurtu reserves the right to refuse refunds or rescheduling requests under the following circumstances:
- Failure to adhere to the cancellation timeframes stated above.
- Repeated cancellations or rescheduling requests by the same individual.
- Misuse or abuse of the refund policy.
